Many days a week, I have similar schedule. I do two things.
(1) add another snack between the 5pm one & the late supper.
(2) On the nights that do not have a late schedule, I cook extra zone foods. Then on the late nights, I can come home & quickly reheat a zone dinner.
Usually I have a large containers of cooked beans, cooked chicken, cut-up veggies, fruits & raw almonds in the frig. A scoop of this & a scoop of that, add some seasoning, and couple minutes in the microwave = A quick zone dinner.
