i had some limited info from the net. this is much more exhaustive. ive been trying to figure out how to "roll" parts of my shoulder. found answer "ball"!
i have a large deep spot on trap. that i cant get to unless at gym standing underneath a bar and pressing trap. into it. i get odd looks from people, like a bear scratching his back on a tree. i'd like to work this spot at home, tried a stick but cant find appropriate fulcrum at home.
