My personal favorite/least favorite:
Place a barbell on the ground and a thick foam roller parallel to it.
Lay on the foam roller so it's just below the bottom of your shoulder blades.
Reach back and grab the barbell - locked out as in the top of a C&J.
Now slowly lower your hips towards the ground. If you're as immobile as I am in the shoulders and T-spine, it feels like your rib cage is being ripped in half on a medieval torture rack. Awesome.
