There was a golf thread a few weeks ago. The search engine will help you find it.

The usual advice is that people should just do the WOD (Workout of the Day), scaled if necessary. It's intended for general fitness, so it will hit everything over time. Once you've done that for a while, you'll have a better idea what your needs are and how you handle the workload.
