Preparing for first comp

Signed up for my first competition which is in a month. They haven't released the wods yet, but have listed some movements like ttb, kbs, 115 snatch and shoulder to overhead.

My ttb and KBS are good, but what is the best way to increase max reps? X# of sets to failure? EMOM's? For the KBS and the barbell movements, same question; but on those should I train max reps at a heavier weight?
