First it was just cutting back on Pasta, Wholewheat Pancakes, Oatmeal, then the Grains said goodbye, hello the better fats, then my 2-5 apples a day went bye-bye, hello Paleo. Cultured veggies, steamed veggies/fish vs microwaving, good bye by trusted Japanese 800 Watt nuker, now I've bought a bamboo steamer and hand pounded Wok, oh ya, off to Goodwill goes my plastic bowls in favor of glass. CF training is really so much more then an effective training program, it's got great people, wealth of information, just waiting to be acted upon. I'm just wondering what's next......
