~What do you consider a "cheat meal" Ryan, and if you don't mind my asking, why is the best "oppurtunity" to consume it, post-workout?

A cheat meal is something that differs from your stated eating plan. Say your eating in the zone, eating high GI carbs or lots of saturated fats would be cheating. If you stated 'I'm eating clean, no breads/pasta/potato/sugar', then eating any of those four would be a cheat.

After the workout is when your body needs more nutrients, so I'd rather eat it then. You can also view it as a reward for the hard work.
