Hm this is strange my original message didn't show up. Anyway, hi everyone! Yesterday was my first day on The Zone and also the first time I've done a WOD.
Before that, I was following bodybuilding routines for about 2 years, and diets like CKD to reduce bodyfat (was at 30% when I started).
Got a bit disillusioned with what I was doing the past month, went from 18% to 22%, and felt crappy trying to do a TKD.
I'd been lurking around Crossfit for a bit but never thought I'd be able to do the WODs. Made the big move yesterday though and the WODs are exciting!!
