Re: Half Marathon Results (~19-min faster)
Excellent job! I just finished my first half marathon Sep 25, with no training outside of the workouts at my gym. It took me until this weekend to truly recover, but I was in the gym all week regardless. I did 10 squats at the finish line as well- just to see if I could.
I'd love to run another one, and if I could cut even 15 min off my time I'd be elated!
