The wife is wanting to work out 3 days a week, plus a fourth day of some sport / activity with me. We golf, play tennis, mountainbike, etc. on the 4th day.
How should we break up the WOD's for the other 3 days? Metcon - Heavy - Metcon?
Her goal is over all fat loss and overall better fitness / health.
Oh, and her diet is all ready stellar, while mine still needs work.
