My gym has rowing machines without the capacity to report the "distance" I have traveled. I am doing the WOD one day behind, so I will be rowing tomorrow. This is my 5th WOD, and I am loving it!
Anyway, question: Anyone have a rough estimate (like 2-3 minutes hard, or 7-8 minutes hard) of how long rowing 1000 meters should take? Would it be better for me just to do the sumo deadlift high pulls?
FWIW, I am in decent shape for someone who hasn't been training Crossfit!! THANKS.
