doing my first fran today
lol, i know it's not a big deal, but i figure this is sort of what people use as a benchmark wod, so i wanted to give it a go. hopefully i won't do too horrible...will post a video of it afterwards. the plan is to do it, then go on maybe a 30 min. road bike ride, then practice double unders. we'll see how i feel about that once it's over, ha.
