Tested Sumo Deadlift PRs today and everyone is up.
I hit 415 pretty easily then mentally fell apart at 430. Still though, that's a 30# PR and 5# higher than my conventional.

Had a nice day today as well - went up 20 lbs. on my incline bench press (from 95# to 115#). I'm training at a lighter body weight too, so I'm pretty happy. I'd like to see that number be a little higher, but at least they are heading in the right direction.
