So I joined the gym about 5 weeks ago and also joined their Nutrition Challenge. The week before I joined I came in to learn a little about the gym as well as do their baseline workout. The end of the Nutrition Challenge is coming up so I thought it would be nice to redo the baseline to see how far I've come since I first did it on Sept 27.
The workout is:
500m Row
40 Squats
30 KB Swings
20 Pushups
10 Pullups
-for time, 10min cutoff
The first time through I was on my 18th pushup when the time ran out. Today I finished the workout in 7:01! I was pretty pleased with the result. Next up is the 'after pic' for the Challenge and hope that I can make the top 3 to be eligible for cash and sponsor prizes
