MP does stand for main page.
you could always take any wod and make it AMRAP (as many reps as possible) in 10 or 20 minutes. or instead of 5 rounds you could do 3 rounds. or you could pull some wods from this thread http://www.board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=35062 (WFS)
its good to go heavy when you go short.
