I definately shouldn't have jumped up 22 lbs so quickly. Next time I will gradually go up by 5 or 10. Worked on jumprope, rowed 1500 meters.

8am 12 oz coffee

9am 4 eggs (2 only egg whites)

1pm 1/2 serving trout, 1 cup broccoli

3pm 1 bell pepper

5pm 1/3 lb porkchops, 1 gala apple

8:30 pm 1 serving yogurt

10 pm bed
