13 minutes, Didn't make it to the gym so I did tuck jumps instead of jump rope. Had feet anchored under a desk, arms overhead, sat all the way up. This workout was harder than I thought it would be. Felt really good afterwards.

6pm 1/4 lb lean beef, 1 serving refried beans
