I broke these up into 15 sets of fives with about 10 seconds rest average.
67# for the 1st 40 reps.
Bar (45#) for the last 35 reps.
Forgot to watch my time. I will estimate 15 minutes?? I'll get better at this...This workout helped me really focus on form. It was very easy to tell when form was flawed...
