Tuesday with Alex and Eric- CrossFit Alpine Ranch. Warm up hammies and shoulders-
5 sets of 165 pause at bottom of squat for 3 seconds total of 12 reps-
100 dubs- 50/30/20
G2O- 155# or clean and jerk
100 dubs- 25/15/20/20/20 or so

Was a lot of clean and jerk- 155 got heavy.
I am starting a rating system on workouts or efforts-

Cool down and chit chat with the coach of the class. I really like to go up to Alpine. Its 2600 feet in elevation. Nothing major but it tends to get you short breathed easy.
