Took off Tuesday.
Wed was rehab and some skill and grunt work.
Picking up heavy d balls and sand bags. Walking with them 30-75'. 50/80/100/150 and sand bags 90/150.
Practice on the short rope. Most of our ropes are long and 8' sit on the ground making for easy leg locks. We do have one that is dangling just above sea level. About 6 practice climbs.
Some rowing just for warm up.
Not going to push till Monday.
Next step is the video review. I am ready for this. Once that is set, book a place/air line and rent a car for Madison.
Glad that I am keeping my Trifecta alive.
