I tried a recent main site WOD today.
400 meter walking lunge
Wow, this one was just insanely brutal, waaay harder than it sounds. After about 7 minutes and 75 meters, I had to call it quits due to thigh pain.
I will remember this one for future reference.
I bought a roman chair and power rack today to help with my ab conditioning and leg conditioning, respectively. I hope they help greatly to address my weaknesses.
