Metcon refers to metabolic conditioning.
Generally intense heart rate conditioning using a variety of movements be it double, triplets, chippers, or any*******canmakearidiculousworkoutthatwillbeveryh ardonyoulikeaherowod.
Swim/Bike/Row/Run/Jumprope are just a bit different but can be included in metabolic conditioning.
