I wear a medtronic minimed Paradigm 515....as far as i know, they're the company that first got a real-time glucose monitor approved by the FDA. i got the pump before the glucose monitor was approved, and i don't plan on getting one for a long time. from what i've seen and been told, it's extra hassle for someone who keeps as good control as i do. i keep my A1c under 5.5, and i eat 80% paleo. if you are having problems controlling blood glucose, though, it would be a boon to get readings every 5 minutes.
