Tim's 2007 Omnipotent Man-Dude Training Log

I haven't spent much time on the CF board recently, due to my life being increasingly crazy. I miss it, though, and I'm starting this log as a reason to come back regularly. I usually don't follow the main-page WOD, preferring to focus a little more on raw strength. I also enjoy coming up with my own metcon workouts. Like today's, for instance...

9/28/07:
Big Dripper
AMRAP, 20 minutes...
-1 burpee
-1 jump over a bench
-1 manmaker, 25 lb dumbells

Each round add one rep to each exercise, i.e. round 2 is 2 burpees, 2 jumps, 2 manmakers; round 7 is 7 burpees, 7 jumps, 7 manmakers.

The last time I did this workout was on 5/14/07, and I got 8 rounds plus 2 burpees. Today I made 8 rounds plus 9 burpees, 9 jumps, and 1 manmaker.
