Jon-you got me beat.My time was 18:32.I only did 5 reps per set(6 on the dumbell snatches).
one-arm snatches 65ibs
one-arm clean/jerk 71ibs
standing press 135ibs
f squat 155ibs
b squat 225ibs
deadlift(did stiff-leg) 185ibs
hang snatch 115ibs
hang clean 145ibs

This was an excellent workout and I plan to try to include this one once per week into my schedule.Thanks for posting it.I'll add jerks next time.
