no time in the AM to row.. did pm 5,5,5,5,5 but ran out of weights..
315,325,335,340 X 5 PR at this BW.
Need to get some more weight.. but that was very heavy for me. 5 lbs more than last time I did 5 reps. This cross fit thing is very hard. I really need to work on my glaring weaknesses.. snatch, muscle ups, GHD/sit ups either one you pick..
