Hey guys, just posting an introductory thread here
I'm 32 and ran track at a small D1 school in Alabama for 4 years in college. After that I trained some strongman for a while and now after several surgeries am being gravitated to just trying to maintain, good, healthy over levels of fitness.
The past several weeks I've been trying to implement the WOD into my training sessions and enjoyed it. Looking forward to being a member of the crossfit online community.
