I got to witness Tim working up to his deadlift PR while I grinded my way through KettleBell Hell with Pullup Chasers today. The Shed 'O Pain really lived up to its name today. The attached photo shows a flapper from pullup #97. Ouch. But, it also proved its mettle, with the new DL PR. Awesome job.
We shot some photos from inside the Shed 'O Pain today and will be posting them over the next little while.
Scheduled for tomorrow? 2000 yard swim in the a.m. and then anything except kettlebell swings, pullups, or snatches! Maybe a heavy bench or dead progression???? Stay posted.
