Just to throw my numbers out there.

PRs from before i injured elbow:
Press: 205
Push Press: 245-255, i think.
Push Jerk: 285

205<245<285. Whatever that ratio works out to.

My favorite WOD to work all three, and really drive home the differences:

WOD from 051214

Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Shoulder press, 5 reps
95 pound Push press, 10 reps
95 pound Push jerk, 15 reps

Post time to comments.(scale weight if needed)

No hips or legs in shoulder press, no jerking the push-press.
