Yes, I find myself not resting... the key is to still get out and do something active. It's summer, there's plenty of stuff to do outside that will serve as "active recovery".
Play some ultimate frisbee, go for a dip in the pool if you have access to one, do anything but a WOD.
I've gone down the whole, maybe I'll just rest on Sundays road... it doesn't work in the long run. There is something to overtraining on purpose, but it's not advisable on a regular basis.
