Resting that 1 in 3 times..
I think because Ive started CF now it's almost like an addiction lol! - I'm following 1 day behind the WOD's, as it fits in with my days off work for the rest days.. Which means today I should take a rest day. But I find myself not wanting to.
I know I HAVE to rest otherwise I'm going over the top with training and not letting my body recover, does anyone else find they have to force themselves to rest at times though?
