On a whole i would say the lift were not that bad.
3 things i think you should look at:
1 - your grip
- you need to move those hands in
2 - Feet and Toes
- if you have long legs as you say you may need to go a little wider
3 - Feet Flat on The Floor
- get rid of the mat under your heels, this is not helping you.
