Whatever you do, make sure it's paleo first. Then only step up in the sizes of your sips. 1 oz, then 2 oz., and so on. Then...once you're ready, take a full sized drink.
I knew a guy who tried to drink too much water before warming up. What do you know - his chest fell right off!
