i recommend that you stop skipping from one thread to another. you never finished up your thread about eating, then you post a thread about supplements, now this one. the best thing you can do is stop trying to make up your own "secret sauce" routine and just follow a proven program. i personally think workout plan you have is not good at all. there are many good programs out there that will let you get bigger and stronger while maintaining or even improve conditioning. pick one and then stick with it for a several months.
