Another light day. Had almost no time at the gym today with my High School Match. Just a WOD and some Squats.
Front Squat: 5-5-5 95, 115, 125
T2B: 30 in sets of 10
Pull-Ups: 25 in sets of 5
WOD:
2 Rounds for Time:
40 Push-Ups
30 Wall-Balls
20 Box Jumps
Time: 9:07 with a 14Lb WallBall
Wallballs are definitely on my weakness list.
