Strength vs Conditioning

Would someone comment on the progress you've made as far as strength vs conditioning since you've been on Crossfit. Obviously your conditioning should improve after doing WODs for a while. I'm interested in how many guys who've turned away from "weightlifting" and started CF have continued to see gains in strength, as well as in their conditioning.
