Meanwhile I've had a hateful ole bug that rendered me totally useless for several days. But not this day!
Warm-up:
walking samson stretches
push-ups (mine were the fake wall kind)
sit-ups---mine are getting better
hanging swinging things
box dips
overhead squat practice with a plain stick
By this time I was sweaty, hot and praying the actual work-out would be merciful....it wasn't. Are any of them??
We named this workout Marcia's Headache in honor of my new buddy who is a much better beginner than myself!!
So,
Marcia's Headache
75 jump ropes (mine were pretend)
25 squats
X 4 for time!! I did mine in 6 minutes something, I forgot to write down the seconds, maybe 19?
Now I'm quivering with my entire upper body propped on the computer desk trying to type.
