Fran vs Heavy Fran
After a light morning workout this morning (it was morning here in Japan), I watched the video of Greg doing the heavy fran, kind of as motivation. I decided that I was going to do the Fran workout today regardless of what was posted. Oddly enough, it came up as today's WOD. I must be turning psychic! "Hmm, Confusious says tomorrow is....hmmm.... Rest day"
Anyway, I was wondering what you all preferred. The Fran or the Heavy Fran?
