Hi Allen. I have several of his programs, and plan on getting his book "complex Conditioning". What you listed is his Barbell complex I. He has many others. He generally works these in conjunction with other moves and plyos as part of a larger routine/program. I can tell you this, in one of his 3X week, 12 week program, no two workouts are the same. Yes, I kind of like it. I often use one of his complexes as a substitute for the XFIT warmup, or sometimes as a WOD by itself.
