Hey all,

I've been doing CrossFit for a few weeks now and I haven't really been able to incorporate Wall Ball. My gym has medicine balls, and I could easily make or buy one...my problem is, I don't think the gym staff or the other personages at my place of residence would be okay with me throwing a 20 lb ball at the wall, inside or outside of the house. Any suggestions on how I can do this without actually throwing at something? Also, how high is the standard wall ball target, for future reference?

There are a few workouts that incorporate wall ball that I would really like to do.
