All,

Do those of you who follow Paleo/Zone diets stick to those diets for your post-workout meals, or do you deviate from them?
I follow Paleo/Zone principles for my other four meals - equal parts lean protein and healthy fat with some low-GI vegetable carbs - but I eat a high-GI post-workout meal for recovery. Can you cut high-GI carbs from your post-workout meal without hampering recovery?
