I woke up this morning thinking about deadlifts and what do ya know - crossfit calls for some max effort deadlifts. Nice. I was actually feeling pretty crappy after lunch, but some fresh air and a bar full of weight put helped a lot. I'm so close to a triple body weight deadlift!!
Jodi subbed rack pulls (below the knee) and hit an easy 205!
