At about this point I looked at my watch and realized I needed to hustle up, so I made this my WOD:
2 x FS @ #135 (~75% BW)
5 Cal C2 (only about 65m...should have made it 10cal)
25 ABMAT butterfly situps
and finished in 19:27.4...fun, fast workout. Situps slowed me down in the last two sets.
Cashed out with 4 miles on the bike to try and get some more miles in for the Walk to Iraq thing at my wifes unit.
