Power Clean 3x5 @ 82.5lb
Decided to forego conditioning so that I'd be fresh for Sunday jiu jitsu. Far and away the most challenging class of the week, so leaving some in the tank.
It's becoming apparent that I'd be better off doing the strength portion before conditioning. A light warm-up, then barbell work then conditioning. I think my lifts will benefit, and that's what I'm most concerned about.
