Two days later and I can still feel every muscle in my lower body from the split squats. Those are just pure evil.
5 Push Press @ 75lb
Completed: 5 Rounds + 5 Push-press
Squat 3x5 @ 92.5lb
Bench 3x5 @ 117.5lb
The dwod was a bit of a show b/c I thought I could use the blue band to get the 15, splitting them up into sets of five with a very brief rest in between. Ha...no. Got through the first set and realized that was never going to happen, so switched the reps from 15 to 10 and used the bigger green band. That seemed to work better, but sadly it took awhile for me to figure it out and I could have got more work done in the 10min.
Squat felt pretty good, bench was a little hard.
Ordered the Bella bar since it went on sale for Black Friday, excited to have a new bar!
