Re: Sitting on my hands is one of the hardest things I've ever done
I appreciate the suggestions. Believe me I've tried to work around it in every way possible and the result was always the same. And while there are a few exercises I can safely perform, I am going to treat my shoulder as if it were made of glass for the next couple months. My livelihood and my sanity depend on a properly functioning body and, while it's rough, chilling for a couple months is a small price to pay for it.
I will definitely be back.
