Front Squat up to a peak of 1
163x1 - PR! (3#)

I think I do better with smaller jumps and more sets rather than big jumps and fewer sets. Gives me time to not have reps where I'm shocked at how heavy it feels off the rack (probably just a mental game.)

Strength 2
Paused front squat - 3 seconds - use 75-80% of today's peak. Used 123.

CONDITIONING: Grab a partner and complete, AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

Russian Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5) where, every time you put the kettlebell down you must switch with your partner and complete another Ludlow loop (roughly 200m).

*If your partner returns before you are done swinging you may choose to let them rest or simply switch off to have your kettlebell reps stay fresh.

*Your score is your total number of reps.

Kate and I did 162 reps rxd. (start by running the loop together)
