I figured it was standing, I gave it a try with the broomstick but it was still to painfull,the lowering hurt more than the lift, where as the MSP didn't hurt the injury.
Saturday was just on four weeks since i busted my shoulder and it's still not fully healed. With the seated there was less chance of droping/re-injuring, i don't want to go back to square 1 again. Im sooooo over using one arm i had to try something i could do with two. Sorry i wil do standing one arm shouler press next time
