You'll want to do the following in this order:

21 barbell thrusters @ 95 lbs (or any weight you can manage)
21 pull-ups
18 barbell thrusters
18 pull-ups
15 barbell thrusters
15 pull-ups
etc...

Once you finish your final three pull-ups, you're done.
