Thanks for the tip Robb. I've tried red potatoes because I've referenced the glycemic index on those, but never sweet. I'll try them out.

I do the WOD regularly. I haven't posted in a long time though because I fell quite a few behind. I'll probably skip ahead and jump back to the current day pretty soon.
